The GENERA CoP had its annual (virtual) meeting on April 12/13 where over 20 members took part in. The first day was all about networking! All members presented themselves in a 5 minute TED-like talk and gave insights to their organizational role, motivation, challenges and much more. The goal was to get to know each other better and to build a stronger connection between CoP members. A better understanding for each other shall lead to stronger synergies and will provide a solid foundation for a sustainable GENERA CoP. On the second day the participants were asked to discuss the “most mentioned topics” during first day’s session. Many members are facing similar challenges towards gender equality within their organization. The picture shows one of the discussions on the topic „fellowships and job openings only for women?“
